Thank you for supporting Barb P Designs! Each item is handmade and created with care, which means every piece is unique.
All Sales Final
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue, include:
- Your name and order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Custom Orders
All custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review all design details carefully before confirming your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, materials and production may have already begun.
Shipping Issues
Barb P Designs is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

- Use cold water and mild dish soap
- Do not microwave
- Do not place in freezer
- Avoid extreme heat and/or cold
Improper care may damage your item and is not eligible for replacement.
